☐ 2 cups chickpea flour

☐ 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced

☐ 1/2 cup onions, minced

☐ 1 tablespoon oregano

☐ 1 tablespoon salt

☐ 1 teaspoon cayenne

☐ 4 cups spring water

☐ 2 tablespoons Grape Seed Oil


1. Boil spring water in a large pot

2. Lower heat to medium and whisk in chickpea flour

3. Add minced onions, diced green bell pepper, seasoning to the pot and cook for 10 minutes

4. Cover a dish with a baking sheet, grease with oil

5. Pour batter on the sheet and spread with a spatula

6. Cover with another sheet

7. Transfer to fridge and chill for 20 minutes

8. Remove from freezer and cut the batter into fry shapes

9. Preheat your Air Fryer to 385 degrees F

10. Transfer fries to the cooking basket, lightly greased and cover with parchment

11. Bake for 15 minutes, flip and bake for 10 minutes more until golden brown
