Ingredients:

☐ 1/2 a red onion

☐ 2 tablespoons fresh coriander

☐ 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes

☐ 1/2 a red bell pepper

☐ 1 tablespoon dulse flakes

☐ Juice of lime

☐ Salt to taste

☐ 3 tablespoons olive oil

☐ 2 tablespoons tahini

☐ 1 cup warm chickpeas

Directions:

1. Prepare your Air Fryer cooking basket

2. Preheat your Air Fryer to 230 degrees F

3. Add chickpeas to your cooking basket and cook for 10-15 minutes, making sure to keep stirring them from time to time until they are thoroughly warmed

4. Add warmed chickpeas to a bowl and add tahini, salt, lime

5. Use a fork to mash chickpeas and ingredients in a paste until smooth

6. Add chopped onion, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, dulse flakes, and olive oil

7. Mix well until combined

8. Serve hummus with a few slices of Spelt bread (recipe provided in this book). Google
