Ingredients:

☐ 4 and 1/2 cups spinach leaves

☐ 1 teaspoon onion powder

☐ 1/2 cup chickpea flour

☐ 1/2 cup almonds, ground

☐ 1 and 1/4 cup cooked wild rice

Directions:

Preheat your Air Fryer to 340 degrees F Add lime, olives, salt, spinach leaves, onion powder to a food processor, a process well Add mix to a large bowl and add remaining ingredients, mix well Scoop mix into balls Transfer them to your Air Fryer cooking basket (Lined with parchment) Cook for 10-20 minutes until balls are golden
